Hydronic underfloor heating
Hydronic underfloor heating, also called water-based underfloor heating or radiant floor heating, distributes heat through pipe loops. For a house, villa or property development in Morocco, planning combines heating requirements, floor construction, controls and the heat source. Floor covering compatibility and operating temperatures must be studied with the project professionals.
PE-RT pipe, stainless steel manifolds and cabinets
The BEMCO Morocco selection includes Type II 16 × 2 mm PE-RT pipe in 240 and 600 m coils, stainless steel manifolds with 2 to 12 circuits, and recessed or surface-mounted cabinets. PEX-AL-PEX connections complete the distribution according to the layout. The PE-RT loop fittings are already included with the manifolds; other connections must be identified separately during planning.
Calculate pipe length, loops and manifolds
The BEMCO underfloor heating calculator starts from rooms and distances to plan pipe lengths, zones and the coil cutting plan. Each zone is a continuous loop of no more than 100 m, including connections. The proposal balances identical manifolds: for example, 13 zones need 13 outlets and can be planned with two 7-outlet manifolds. The actual layout may require this distribution to be adjusted.
Underfloor heating with a heat pump
Choosing an air-to-water heat pump for underfloor heating depends on the home's requirements and the water temperature needed. When DHW is requested, it also affects the shortlist. The calculator prepares an illustrated, printable materials list; the thermal study, pressure losses, actual floor heat output and settings still need to be validated by the installer.
